This should be the last post with our awful $10 camera. We're heading to Cincinnati tomorrow to celebrate Emily's bachelorette party and wedding shower, and of course, the Meier 4th of July party!
Last weekend we celebrated our 5 year anniversary at the Heidel House in Green Lake and had a blast. Charlie loved playing in the sand and swimming. The first time he went under the water by accident Charlie and I both had a mini-heart attack. The difference is I tried to keep him above water from then on and he tried to re-live the excitement every chance her got. Such a little dare devil!
We ended up with a room with a king size bed only, so the three of us had to share it. Charlie was so excited by this that he had trouble falling asleep. Finally, Billy and I decided to pretend to be sleeping so he would get bored and lie down. Charlie went nose to nose with each of us and said "Hi mommy! Hi mommy! Hi mommy!" "Hi daddy! Hi daddy! Hi daddy!" until we both couldn't contain our laughter. Charlie was proud this his tactic worked.
Hopefully we'll have some good photos of our Ohio weekend!
