We had such a wonderful Thanksgiving. All the Meier kids (and their spouses) were under one roof, and the fun and excitement never ceased. Somehow, Grandma Meier successfully welcomed and fed 25 guests on Thursday, and continued to feed the ten us of us who stayed well beyond the holiday (11 of us if you count that giant baby of mine!) I can't get over how sweet everyone was to Charlie--he's such a lucky little guy.
Back to reality, we just got finished buying the healthiest groceries we could find (we're all still on a post-holiday sugar high) and it's time to send out those Christmas cards, prepare for Charlie's second birthday, and start wrapping Christmas presents. Tomorrow we'll tackle what will possibly be the toughest job of the season...convincing Charlie he shouldn't be scared of Santa Claus!

what fun pictures and such a fun time for all, lucky little boy for sure and such a big tummy....toach
Oh My God.....I didn't possibly think you could be bigger than you were with Charlie (aka Moose) but since you still have two months to go...Charlie and his little-BIG brother are lucky to have such great parents and extended family.
We are even luckier to have such a sweet, sensitive, smart grandson to be a great big brother who already loves the baby thanks to your gentle encouragement.
